Abstract: The article focuses on reflective writing training provided to General Practitioners (GPs) trainees, which enables them to use the learning log of eportfolio more effectively and use it as a tool to perform professional development. It also discusses a workshop based on reflective practices and offers description and design of the workshop. It concludes that GP trainee program benefits trainees and educational supervisor alike.
